2. Acceptance of Terms

9. Hotel and Transportation

In case of unavailability, similar accommodation of equivalent standard may be provided.

Vehicle allocation depends on:

Vehicle upgrades may attract additional charges.

10. Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers agree to:

Travelers should ensure they are medically fit before participating.

• Flight or train delays

13. Force Majeure

NEXplore Travels shall not be responsible for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of nature, war, strikes, epidemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
